Our team
Every Gracen Industrial project is backed by a full chain of skilled personnel, not just a crew of laborers. From planning through final startup, our structure is built to give you accountability at every level:
Project Managers oversee scope, schedule, and budget from kickoff to closeout, serving as your single point of contact throughout the project.
Safety Oversight ensures every job site runs to plan reviewing site-specific hazards, permitting, and PPE requirements before mobilization and monitoring compliance throughout the work.
Supervisors and Foremen run the day-to-day on site, directing crews, coordinating with your facility team, and keeping work on schedule and to spec.
Journeymen and Apprentices make up the core of our workforce - experienced tradesmen paired with developing talent, so every project has both the hands-on expertise and the manpower depth to scale.
Our trades include certified pipe welders, pipe fitters, ironworkers, and precision millwrights, the core disciplines behind every rebuild, install, and outage we support. This structure lets us staff a two-person maintenance call the same way we staff a multi-week shutdown: with the right level of oversight and the right hands for the job.
Our history
Gracen Industrial Solutions was founded in 2024 by cousins Kevin Gracen and Brian Gracen, who both grew up in the trade industry and each bring 17+ years of hands-on project management experience.
Having worked with and alongside companies across the industrial sector, Kevin and Brian saw firsthand what worked and what didn't. They built Gracen Industrial to take the best practices they'd learned and leave behind the rest creating a company culture centered on performance, accountability, and getting the job done right. That culture is what drives our team of 25+ skilled tradesmen today, whether we're supporting a large-scale, ground-up build, running maintenance support, or managing a full plant outage.
We built this company to bring large-contractor capability with small-shop responsiveness the manpower and expertise to take on major shutdowns, rebuilds, and design-build projects, backed by a team that shows up on time and gets it done right.
